电化学法去除工业废水中重金属离子的效能研究

摘要:工业化进程加快,含重金属离子的废水排放持续威胁环境与人体健康。传统的化学沉淀、吸附等方法处理复杂工业废水时,常出现二次污染、处理效率不足或成本比较大等问题。电化学法操作可控、反应条件温和、无需额外添加化学药剂,逐渐成为水处理领域的研究热点。本文主要做电化学法去除工业废水中重金属离子的效能研究,目的是系统分析电化学氧化还原、电凝聚及电浮选等核心机制,探讨不同电极材料、电流密度、pH值及反应时间等操作参数对去除效果的影响规律。

Abstract:With the acceleration of industrialization, the discharge of wastewater containing heavy metal ions continues to threaten the environment and human health. When traditional chemical precipitation, adsorption and other methods are used to treat complex industrial wastewater, problems such as secondary pollution, insufficient treatment efficiency or high cost often occur. With controllable operation, mild reaction conditions and no need for additional chemicals, electrochemical method has gradually become a research hotspot in the field of water treatment. The purpose of this paper is to systematically analyze the core mechanisms of electrochemical redox, electrocoagulation and electroflotation, and explore the influence of different electrode materials, current density, pH value, reaction time and other operating parameters on the removal efficiency.
