浅析化工生产装置自控阀的技术参数

摘要:随着化工自动化技术的不断发展,自控阀被广泛应用于化工过程控制中。化工生产装置复杂,生产流程烦琐,工艺介质伴有高温高压、有毒有害、易燃易爆、腐蚀等风险,对工艺参数的控制要求非常严苛,这就使自控阀在化工过程控制领域有了不可替代的作用。在化工生产中合理设计、选用自控阀门能够降低操作人员的劳动强度,提高效率,节能降耗。

A Brief Analysis of Technical Parameters for Self-Regulating Valves in Chemical Production Facilities

Abstract:With the continuous advancement of chemical automation technology, self-acting control valves have been widely applied in chemical process control. Chemical production facilities are complex and involve intricate processes, with process media often presenting risks such as high temperature and pressure, toxicity, flammability, explosiveness, and corrosion. These factors impose extremely stringent requirements on process parameter control, making self-acting control valves irreplaceable in chemical process control. Proper design and selection of self-acting control valves in chemical production can reduce operators' workload, improve efficiency, and achieve energy conservation and consumption reduction.
